Principal's Message
Reflection
Gospel Value - Patience
Victoire Larmenier was an example of patience to all who knew her. She encountered and overcame amazing difficulties.
Blessed are the gentle for they shall possess the earth. (Matt 5:5).
In all circumstances we persevere calmly with understanding and endurance.

The Project is based on the science of learning which focuses on best practice in teaching and learning with the key aim of enhancing achievement for all students. Larmenier Catholic School is one of the schools in the first wave of implementation in Catholic Education Tasmania.

Grade 4 Farm Day
On Friday 17th which just happened to be St Patricks Day. We did a treasure hunt which involved finding pictures of leprechauns, horse shoes and other things which were hidden on the farm. Some of us were lucky to find a real four leaf clover!
We conducted Science experiments which involved forces. We made a balloon rocket which used the force of pushing. The air from the balloon allowed it to push forward along the string to make it move.
In cooking we made apple and rhubarb Danishes and green cookies. We made Irish Tacos for lunch and played Irish music while we ate. They were delicious. The afternoon ended with us having a green peppermint milkshake.
Since we have kids in the form of baby goats, we were happy to feed them and play with them.
We had a really fun day.
