Reflection : Gospel Value - Hospitality
Victoire Larmenier welcomed everyone in a spirit of friendship and acceptance.
I was a stranger and you welcomed me. (Matt 25:37)
We welcome and receive all into a warm friendly and open atmosphere.
Students in years 2 to 6 had a wonderful time participating in the workshops and playing the instruments. The whole school enjoyed watching the concert.
One Day School
Our online One Day School program has started for 2023. It is a great way for students to extend their learning and thinking. There are a couple of face-to-face days planned for later in the year where all the students in the program from Launceston Catholic schools will gather here at Larmenier.
Larmenier P & F
We have a P and F meeting coming up - Thursday 11th May at 7 pm in the Nazareth Centre (the hall). A Zoom option is also available using the below link
However, it would be great if you are able to come in person. We will have light refreshments for the meeting and it is a great way to meet and network with other parents as well as contribute to the life of the school. You don’t need to ‘sign up’ for anything but just come along meet other parents and share ideas about parent and community engagement/activities for the school.
We currently have a position advertised - Farm Day Teacher (0.2 FTE Fridays) with the closing date this Monday. If you know of anyone who may be interested please forward to them the below link
Please do not park on the grassed areas adjacent to the car park and opposite the bus shelter. There are pipes underground which end up broken or damaged and this then affects the surface of our car park.
