From the Principal ...
Gospel Value - Justice
Victoire Larmenier was fair and impartial with everyone, even when people or issues were difficult or challenging.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice for they shall be satisfied. (Matt 5:6)
We uphold what is fair, decent, respecting his/her rights in a balanced and fair manner.
Reports
It is that time of year when teachers are busy finalising assessments and writing reports. Reports will be published in Compass on Wednesday 5th July. Please ensure that you have access to your Compass profile so that you can access the report. If you need your password reset please contact the office.
Reports are a snapshot of your child's learning and achievement, they do not tell the whole story. You can view samples of your child's work through our Seesaw platform. If you have not viewed your child's digital portfolio yet then I encourage you to have a look. See your child's classroom teacher if you need the code re-sent to you. Touching base with your child's teacher through emails and parent/teacher meetings are also important ways to be part of your child's learning and to stay informed.
Parent Help
Are you interested in being more involved with the school? There are lots of different ways to be part of the school community and parent help doesn't have to be limited to being in the classroom. If you would like to help out with different things around the school please express your interest to me via an email or come in for a chat. We can explore all sorts of possibilities!
Strings Soiree
I was at the Strings Soiree Thursday night and it was lovely to see not only the progression the students have made with playing their instruments but also their confidence in performing to an audience! Even though there may have been lots of butterflies in tummies, they all proceeded with their performances. Well done!
Parent Information Sessions
Are there topics you would like to know more about to help you assist your child with their learning? This year we have had two parent information sessions, our Circle of Life program and one on cyber safety. We are looking to offer a parent information session each term and want it to be relevant and valuable to our parent body. Please let us know what you think by completing this 3-question survey. The first question provides some options, the second question provides as opportunity for you to put forward different ideas and the last question is about identifying preferred times. Please click on the link below to complete the survey - there are only 3 questions!
Kind regards,
Niccola Pearce

On Thursday, Kinder had a Bible dress up day. They all dressed up as people from the Bible stories (even their teachers!), they ate some food that Jesus would have eaten and played some games that Jesus would have played. They all looked amazing!
