Lunch Order Update
St Patrick's College has advised that due to building works commencing shortly and continuing into 2025, they will NOT be able to provide lunch orders in early 2025. Once building works have progress, they will be able to provide us with a date in which lunch orders will recommence.
St Patrick's College has asked us to pass on their apologies for any inconvenience this may cause but they will do everything possible to get primary school lunches back up and running as soon as achievable.
LAST LUNCH ORDER DATE FOR 2024:
Wednesday 4th December - After this date, lunch orders WILL NOT be available until further notice.
Sacrament of First Holy Communion
Grandparent's Day - Picnic Hangout
Grandparents are invited to a Picnic Hangout on Monday 28th October, 10.30 - 11.30 am to celebrate National Grandparent's Day. Students are asked to bring a plate of food to share with their grandparents.
Grandparents visit the classrooms 10.30 - 10.50am and then head outside, if the weather is fine, to have a picnic with their grandchildren and 'hang out' with them. Students are encouraged to show their grandparents around the school and even take them on some of the play equipment.
If children do not have grandparents attending then they will be welcome to join in with others.
We will have tea and coffee available for grandparents from the canteen.
Colour Fun Run - Have You Signed Up?
Larmenier P & F are holding a Colour Fun Run! Students were informed about it last week at assembly and details were sent home in a letter (a copy of the letter is also attached below). In a nutshell, students sign up to participate and can then choose to fundraise - the more they fundraise the more prizes they get. As part of the festivities in the build-up to the event, as we reach fundraising milestones, a different staff member will be slimed! Ask your child which staff members have signed up to be slimed by students. The event on the night involves students running through an obstacle course and getting 'splashed' by colour powder! We will even have a parent one and a staff one!
Save the Date: Friday 15th November, 6 pm.
